Purpose with action.
Four pillars define the Initiative. Each one has a purpose, the actions we take and the result we're aiming for.

Leadership & Public Service

Young Utahns can serve now. We open the path to boards, commissions and elected office, and we prepare people to do the job well.
- Open pathways to local boards, commissions and public office
- Bring aspiring leaders together for mentorship and practical preparation
- Encourage capable Utahns to step forward in the 2027 municipal elections
Affordability & Opportunity

If you work hard in Utah, you should be able to earn a livable wage, buy a home and raise a family here. Right now most young Utahns can't.
- Fight for attainable housing and a realistic path to homeownership
- Champion good paying work, enterprise and upward mobility
- Advance local solutions to the cost of living
Government for the People

Public office is a public trust. Government should be transparent, accountable and focused on results for the people it serves.
- Challenge corruption, conflicts of interest and entrenched power
- Demand ethical leaders, transparent decisions and accountable spending
- Organize around concrete failures and pursue meaningful change
Utah Heritage & Identity

Utah is the place to be in the entire union. Safe, thriving communities, close to family and friends. We honor the history that built this state and keep what makes it home as it grows.
- Honor Utah history, including the influence of faith and many cultures
- Defend safe communities, family connections and neighborhood identity
- Preserve what is worth keeping as the state grows and changes
